Guarantee of compliance with labor legislation An automation machinery manufacturer seeks a Human Resources Analyst in Americana (São Luiz). **Responsibilities:** Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand job profiles and candidate requirements. Post job openings on recruitment channels, social media, and job boards. Screen resumes and select candidates according to job requirements. Conduct interviews, administering behavioral and technical assessments. Organize and facilitate group dynamics. Manage new employee onboarding, introducing company culture, policies, and benefits. Address employee requests and clarify doubts. Assist in managing workplace conflicts. Handle hiring, vacation, leave of absence, and termination processes. Ensure accurate documentation for each labor process. Monitor electronic timekeeping records and resolve inconsistencies. Administer benefits and schedule monthly top-ups. Perform payroll closing and verification. Identify, together with managers, training and development needs. Organize internal and external training sessions. Support structuring and updating career path plans. Conduct organizational climate surveys and propose improvements. Prepare reports and monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire).
