Responsibilities** **2.1 Technical Support and Maintenance** * + Perform technical support activities including computer installation and configuration, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems. + Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network technical issues. + Carry out equipment repairs and component replacements when necessary. + Ensure proper configuration of communication devices and systems. + Prior experience in end-user technical support is essential; prior work experience in the IT field is mandatory. **2.2 Customer Service** * + Respond to on-site technical support requests, ensuring prompt and efficient service. + Provide remote or on-site support for resolving technical incidents. + Guide users on the correct operation of systems and equipment. + Log and report incidents in the ticket management system.
