Job Summary: Work as a Senior HR BPO Analyst in a generalist capacity, managing recruitment and selection, onboarding, integration, offboarding, and employee journey tracking, while also supporting development initiatives. Support for development initiatives and consultative engagement with clients HR BPO is the department responsible for ensuring the operational execution of HR and People Management processes for Silveira’s clients. As a **Senior HR BPO Analyst** at Silveira Contabilidade, you will perform generalist HR BPO services on-site at the client, managing recruitment and selection, onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes. You will be responsible for tracking the employee journey—including timekeeping, vacation management, benefits administration, internal transfers, and terminations—as well as collecting and verifying data required for payroll closing. You will also support development activities such as performance evaluations, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), training programs, internal communications, and organizational climate initiatives, providing service to employees and leadership teams. Your role includes consultative engagement with clients—participating in meetings, monitoring key performance indicators, and proposing continuous improvement initiatives—to contribute to the standardization of HR BPO processes. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields is mandatory for this position. Join Silveira—become a Silover!!!!
