We’re eager to meet you and jointly drive the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide on-site and remote technical support within the SLA established by the client; * Proficiency in remote access tools for technical support (e.g., Remote Control, SCCM); * Equipment and software rollout and relocation; * Handle and close incidents in the client’s ticketing system, managing the incident queue while meeting SLA requirements; * Provide support for operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11), networking, Office 365 and earlier versions; * Intermediate-level hardware and software troubleshooting; * Intermediate-level support for fixed and mobile telephony; * Perform asset inventory management; * Perform crimping and labeling of structured network cabling; * Initial-level troubleshooting of network cabling; * Support for virtual machines (VMs); * Process automation; * On-site and remote support for VIP users, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality service; * Advanced networking support, including switch and router configuration assistance, knowledge of data and voice VLANs, structured cabling troubleshooting, crimping, and network point identification; * Serve as Level 3 (N3) technical support for other FIELD team members, providing technical assistance and interfacing with other IT departments; * Assist in developing procedures and technical instructions for the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related fields; * Experience supporting Office 365 and earlier versions, hardware/software troubleshooting, and incident tracking with SLA adherence; * Experience providing on-site support for network assets, crimping and labeling structured network cabling, and installing switches and routers; * Experience providing basic support for fixed and mobile telephony, and acting as remote hands for the N3 networking team; * Experience with remote access tools for technical support (e.g., TeamViewer, VNC, Remote Control, SCCM, Automatos), Microsoft Active Directory, and VM support; * Experience performing asset inventory management. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of macOS and network configuration; * OS image creation; * ITIL and HDI certifications. **Additional Information** **On-site position in Indaiatuba/SP — Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.** Want to see all our open positions?
