




We are seeking a highly qualified **Property Security Guard**, with a **minimum of 3 years of proven experience** in this role, to join our security team. The ideal candidate must have a track record of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to emergency situations. Job Description The Property Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the **security and integrity** of the company’s physical assets, employees, and visitors, preventing losses, thefts, robberies, and other illegal acts. The incumbent will conduct patrols, monitor security systems, and control the entry and exit of people and vehicles, always adhering to established procedures and protocols. Mandatory Requirements * **Proven Experience:** Minimum of **3 (three) years** as a Property Security Guard. * **Training:** Valid Security Guard Training Course and refresher training (in accordance with current legislation). * **Documentation:** Regular status (DFP). * **Driver’s License:** Category B driver’s license (desirable). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in property security techniques, loss prevention, and fire prevention (basic knowledge). * **Personal Attributes:** Proactivity, responsibility, strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to work under pressure. Key Activities and Responsibilities * **Access Control:** Strictly manage the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles, performing registration and identification according to company policies. * **Security Patrols:** Conduct periodic foot and/or motorized patrols across all internal and external areas within the security perimeter to identify and correct vulnerabilities. * **Monitoring:** Monitor surveillance camera systems (CCTV), alarms, and other security devices, promptly recording and reporting any anomalies. * **Prevention:** Proactively prevent incidents such as theft, vandalism, fires, or accidents by applying security procedures. * **Emergency Response:** Provide immediate assistance and take appropriate actions during emergencies (e.g., first aid, evacuation, or security threats), contacting relevant authorities (police, fire department) when necessary. * **Report Writing:** Thoroughly document all incidents, anomalies, and relevant activities in occurrence logs or digital systems. * **Communication:** Maintain consistent and effective communication with the security team and supervisors, reporting critical information.
