Conduct accident investigations and solid waste management An HR consulting firm is seeking an Occupational Safety Technician in Itupeva (Downtown). We offer customized solutions to meet our clients' human resources needs. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for accident prevention awareness campaigns. Conduct safety dialogues. Responsible for implementing and inspecting compliance with safety regulations. Monitor and authorize high-risk work (primarily work related to NR10, NR11, and NR35\). Provide technical training to operators and coordinators. Implement KPIs (Safety Pyramid and Accident Statistics Reports). Responsible for managing safety documents such as PGR, PPRA, LTCAT, etc. Monitor legislative changes such as eSocial or updates to Regulatory Standards (NRs). Responsible for analyzing and investigating accidents and incidents, and issuing CATs. Responsible for requesting and issuing CADRI with CETESB. Manage solid waste and effluents, including responsibility for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETE). Responsible for obtaining and renewing the AVCB certificate with the Fire Department. Monitor technical expert assessments. Responsible for delivering the CIPA training course for newly elected CIPA members, and for managing the entire process (candidate registration, elections, vote tallying, etc.). In addition, perform other routine tasks assigned to the technician responsible for this department. Previous experience as Occupational Safety Engineer, Occupational Safety Analyst, Occupational Safety Supervisor, or Occupational Safety Consultant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
