**Job Description:** Job Description We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our administrative team, directly responsible for organizing patient care schedules for individuals receiving Home Care services. The professional will ensure full coverage for each case, in accordance with technical, operational, and compliance requirements set by health insurance providers. Responsibilities * Create, update, and adjust work schedules including 12x36 shifts, 24-hour shifts, on-call shifts, and coverage for absences. * Contact healthcare professionals (e.g., technicians, nurses, physical therapists, etc.) for confirmation and substitutions. * Ensure adherence to internal policies, clinical standards, and contracts with health insurance providers. * Support HR/Personnel departments in managing working hours, leave records, and absence-related procedures. * Collaborate with the auditing department to adjust schedules according to patient needs. * Participate in onboarding new staff and aligning with the credentialing team. * Maintain clear and empathetic communication with staff and patients’ families. Requirements * Prior experience managing operational schedules (preferably in Home Care or healthcare settings). * Strong organizational skills, agility, and effective conflict management. * Basic proficiency in spreadsheets and scheduling tools.
