SENIOR PROJECT ANALYST

Job Summary: Assist and support the team in project management, monitor indicators, control documentation, and communicate with stakeholders to optimize resources and minimize failures. Description** * Assist in performing departmental activities by supporting the team. * Maintain project schedules updated regarding deadlines, costs, quality, involved documentation, and other relevant items. * Collect indicators related to project deadlines, costs, quality, and documentation in general, and compare them with data from other ongoing projects. * Support the analysis and maintenance of project procedure manuals. * Conduct continuous assessment and study of departmental staffing requirements. * Operate the department’s documentation control system, covering various processes and/or developed projects. * Participate in the preparation of FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for products. * Provide information to various company departments whenever necessary. * Support verification, alerts, and corrective actions for departmental activities failing to meet Quality Management System requirements. * Assist in activities related to controlling technical project documentation and cost control. * Stay updated on the company’s new product development and market innovations. * Collaborate with technical teams in project management by applying knowledge and techniques to execute activities aimed at achieving predefined objectives while optimizing resources. * Monitor project phases—including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure—tracking scope, schedule, costs, quality, human resources, communications, and risks to assess progress and deviations, thereby minimizing inherent process failures. * Work directly with departments responsible for project execution, such as sales, engineering, materials, and processes, among others. Main responsibilities and duties of a Project Analyst include: * Project Management Support (Assists the project manager with operational and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient activity progress); * Performance Indicator Monitoring (Monitors KPIs, schedules, budgets, and project quality, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions). * Documentation Control (Ensures all project documentation is up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible); * Stakeholder Communication (Supports communication among stakeholders by consolidating information and facilitating smooth data exchange); * Risk and Opportunity Analysis (Helps identify and monitor risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle). **2\. Required Skills and Qualifications** * Academic Background: (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering); * Proven experience: more than 02\-03 years. * Language requirement: Intermediate English. **3\. Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with project management for product and hardware technology development; * Experience managing product development projects (ASIC, X-ray Detectors, Photonics, etc.).
