Jaguari de Energia **Prerequisites:** * Restore the electrical distribution system during contingency situations by performing equipment switching operations, remotely ensuring quality standards, safety for internal teams, third-party personnel, and the general public; achieve performance targets; supervise assets; direct teams; and carry out procedures for release and normalization of distribution networks. Analyze, assess, and consider the impact of your actions on decision-making. Coordinate, authorize, and supervise all real-time restoration switching operations with minimal response time. * Coordinate, authorize, and remotely monitor all switching operations on electrical system equipment, supporting release and normalization during scheduled maintenance. Plan and dispatch commercial work orders—including maintenance, outage, and re-energization orders—monitor execution, and ensure optimal prioritization, routing, and implementation, guaranteeing timely completion. Ensure safety, quality, and productivity requirements for teams. * Ensure asset integrity and comply with company regulations, industry standards, and deadlines established by regulatory and legislative bodies governing the electricity sector. * Independently and autonomously operate Medium Voltage (23 / 13.8 / 11.9 / 6.6 kV) electrical distribution systems. * Conduct shift handovers, accurately transferring all necessary information to ensure continuity of operations. * Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting commercial work order deadlines and restoring power supply during emergencies while complying with applicable regulations and standards. * Ensure and maintain excellence in service delivery and operational relationships with both internal and external customers. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Completed technical education in electronics, electrotechnics, or electroelectronics; * Willingness to work full-time on-site at the headquarters in Campinas; * Availability to work a 6x3 rotating shift schedule (3:00 PM–12:00 AM); * Availability to respond to emergency contingencies; * Valid CFT certification or willingness to obtain it upon approval; * Knowledge of Prodist Module 8; * Knowledge of electrical distribution systems (operation, protection, regulation, networks, and equipment); * Desired: Experience in Distribution System Operation; * Desired: Knowledge of Technical Quality Indicators; * Desired: Familiarity with distribution network standards and regulations; * Desired: Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **What we offer:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare allowance (subject to eligibility criteria); * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Wellhub; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based support for psychological, legal, financial, and social assistance). **Additional Information** [Delete this section if no deadline-related information applies] **Learn more about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a strong history dating back to 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electricity sector.
