Join us and feel the difference. **Job Description** **Join our Bosch Engineering team!** We are seeking an analytical, communicative, and collaborative individual to serve as a Senior Intern in Process Engineering. Here, you will have the opportunity to support continuous improvement initiatives, directly contributing to the optimization of production processes and the development of efficient solutions. Your responsibilities will include: * **Support for continuous improvement activities:** Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization and increased efficiency in production processes. * **Process standardization:** Help create and update operational standards and technical documentation. * **Project monitoring:** Collaborate with engineers and production leaders on initiatives focused on cost reduction and quality improvement. * **Operational performance analysis:** Contribute to indicator analysis and identification of process improvements. * **Optimization of production processes:** Support implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency and performance. **Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program **(Bachelor's, Technologist, or Postgraduate degree) in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Control and Automation, Electronics, Manufacturing, Materials, Electrical, Production Engineering, or related fields.** * **Availability to intern for up to 2 years in our opportunities, with graduation scheduled no later than July/2028\.** * **Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite** (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.). * **Knowledge of quality tools is considered a plus.** * Basic to intermediate English proficiency is mandatory **\-** advanced or fluent English will be considered a plus.
