FROM WORDS TO ACTION Ensure proper operation of unit equipment related to electrical, hydraulic, painting, telecommunications, and refrigeration systems across the entire unit infrastructure; Work with the team to reduce unit risks, adhering to established processes and alerting management about risk situations; Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by suppliers and service providers performing work within the unit; Report physical safety risks to customers and employees to management immediately, to enable prompt correction; Place and monitor orders for maintenance supplies required by the unit. Requirements: Completed high school education; Certification in at least one of the following technical courses: * Industrial Machinery Maintenance Technician; * Electrical/Electro-electronic/Electro-mechanical Technician; * Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician; * Maintenance Mechanic Technician / Electrical or Electrotechnical Technician. Valid NR-10 certification (40-hour course); Minimum six months’ experience in building maintenance.
