FROM WORDS TO ACTION Ensure proper operation of unit equipment regarding electrical, hydraulic, painting, telephony, and refrigeration systems throughout the entire unit structure; Work with the team on Risk Reduction within the unit, following procedures and alerting management about risky situations; Enforce the use of PPE by suppliers and service providers during services performed within the unit; Report immediately to direct supervisors any risks to the physical safety of Customers and employees, aiming for immediate correction; Initiate and monitor requests for supplies needed for unit maintenance. Requirements: Completed secondary education; Certification in at least one of the technical courses listed below: * Industrial machinery maintenance technician; * Electrotechnical, electroelectronics, or electromechanical technician; * Refrigeration and air conditioning technician; * Mechanical maintenance technician; electrical or electrotechnical technician Valid NR10 certification with 40 hours of training Minimum of 6 months experience in building maintenance.
