Job Summary: Electromechanical Maintenance Technician responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machines, systems, and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Proposing technical improvements and ensuring good manufacturing practices We are the **Kolplast Group**, a national reference in the **medical-hospital supplies** segment, and we are seeking committed professionals to join our team! **Position:** Electromechanical Maintenance Technician **Itupeva – SP | Kolplast Group** **Employment Type:** Direct Hire (CLT) **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform **preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance** on machines, electromechanical systems, and industrial equipment; * Diagnose **electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures**; * Disassemble, repair, clean, test, assemble, and replace parts and components; * Respond to emergency maintenance requests according to work orders; * Conduct risk analysis prior to interventions, identifying required parts and materials; * Request material withdrawal from inventory or procurement, based on technical specifications and alignment with leadership; * Record and document performed maintenance activities, maintaining updated asset history; * Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to drawings and technical projects; * Ensure organization, cleanliness of the area and equipment, and proper waste disposal; * Propose technical improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing unplanned downtime; * Participate in productivity meetings and support internal and external audits; * Stay updated on procedures, processes, and regulations applicable to the area; * Strictly comply with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and safety regulations; * Perform other related tasks as required by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed Technical Course in **Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields**; * Proven experience in the role; * Ability to read and interpret **electrical schematics**, **mechanical and pneumatic diagrams**; * Availability to work the **second shift**: Monday to Friday: **12:48 PM to 10:00 PM**, with alternate Saturdays: **6:00 AM to 12:00 PM** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **plastic injection molding machines**, automated lines, and robotic systems; * Experience in **continuous improvement projects**; * Knowledge of **PLCs** and maintenance management systems; * Additional certifications: **NR10, NR12, NR35, and SEP**. **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Life Insurance; * Food Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher. *Join the Kolplast Group and contribute to innovation in the healthcare sector!* Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: starting at R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Screening Questions: * Do you have knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical schematics? * Do you have knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic diagrams? * Do you reside in Itupeva or have easy access to it? * Are you available to work the second shift?
