**Job Description Summary** =========================== The Electrician I assists in carrying out the winding process of stators, armatures, rotors, and salient pole coils for rotors and motor and generator frames. Performs winding preparation by applying insulation, assembling coils, and interconnecting wound machines. Assists in production processes, validating steps from previous processes. Performs disassembly of repair machines, removing coils, and cleaning/preparing cores for winding. **Job Description** =================== **Main Responsibilities** * Assists in winding processes for stators, armatures, and small to medium complexity wound rotors. Manufactures small-sized poles and assists in the winding process of solid pole or large-sized rotors. * Performs assembly of finishing peripherals on motors and generators after no-load tests, connecting cables, installing terminal plates, sensors, and connection terminals. * Reports directly to the production supervisor for individual daily production output, being responsible for reporting any non-conformities identified during the process. * Reads and interprets electrical drawings and diagrams, fills out documentation with results of executed processes. * Performs cleaning and preparation processes for stators and rotors prior to winding. **Required Qualifications** * High school diploma. * Vocational training in the electrical field. * Experience in coil winding and bearings. * Experience in production processes or repair of electrical machines. * Technical-level education in electrical engineering is desirable. * Knowledge in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and electrical machine winding drawings. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
