Job Summary: Unit Manager responsible for the operation, quality, team management, costs, and compliance of a food service unit, aiming for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience as Unit Manager in collective dining facilities 2. Team management and leadership 3. Continuous improvement of processes ### **Responsibilities:** * Manage food service unit operations (production, quality, and team) * Ensure adherence to menu and established standards * Monitor costs, performance indicators, and unit results * Team management (hiring, training, development, and performance follow-up) * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and good practices * Inventory, procurement, and waste control management * Client/contractor relationship management * Preparation of managerial reports and KPI monitoring * Drive continuous process improvement ### **Requirements:** * Proven experience as Unit Manager in collective dining facilities (mandatory) * Degree in Nutrition, Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of people management and team leadership * Experience in cost and performance indicator control * Familiarity with good practices and sanitary legislation * Proficiency in computer applications (Excel and management systems) ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in collective meal companies * Experience handling large-scale production volumes * Postgraduate degree in management or nutrition * Personal vehicle Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: * High School (Secondary Education) * Nutrition, Higher Education Personal vehicle * Transportation allowance * On-site meals * Meal allowance * Life Card (pharmacy network / Mais Saúde) * Health insurance and SESC benefits
