We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to people management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and guide the operational team, ensuring compliance with good practices. Supervise meal pre-preparation and preparation. Monitor menus, supply control, and purchase requests. Perform quality control, including food and equipment temperature checks. Develop and update technical specifications for preparations. Monitor routines in areas such as kitchen, nursery, and supportive care. Control inventory and organize orders for materials and food items. Previous experience as an Assistant Nutritionist, Nutrition Assistant, Dietetics Technician, or Nutrition Consultant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position.
