So, if you wish to and believe you are capable of overseeing the entire import process — from pre-arrival notification to invoicing — organizing import procedures, performing document verification, and monitoring process execution until completion, ensuring accurate registration and timely delivery aligned with client needs, this is your chance! **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide client support by delivering information about imported goods at various stages of the process; Maintain contact with internal and external clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the logistics chain to ensure timely delivery of cleared goods; Stay updated on current legislation; Handle atypical special customs regimes; Update follow-up spreadsheets and internal, external, and governmental systems; Organize, control, and request payments for import-related expenses; Analyze and verify customs dispatch instructions, including product fiscal classification; Prepare and register import licenses, and monitor approvals from various regulatory agencies; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree Experience: Minimum 2 years Language: Basic English Desirable experience in NVOCC companies Desirable experience in freight forwarding companies Desirable knowledge of the **CargoWise** software Desirable familiarity with **maritime, air, and road transportation operations** Desirable experience in international logistics, foreign trade, or cargo agency companies; Desirable experience in international cargo agency services; Desirable knowledge of international freight; **Additional Information** Benefits: Language incentive, Medical and Dental Assistance, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher / Fuel Voucher, Gym access benefit, SESC partnership, Online therapy and nutrition sessions, Birthday Day Off Asia Shipping is a Brazilian multinational specializing in logistics process management for goods — both imports and exports — using multiple transport modes: air, maritime, and road.
