Customer service and quality control **GENERAL JOB INFORMATION** Position: Agricultural Coordinator Employment Type: CLT Work Mode: On-site Work Location: Campinas/SP Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM and 12:00 PM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Assess vegetable seedling health, monitor irrigation, fertilizer and pesticide application, oversee truck loading, identify seedling diseases, visit customers, verify truck loading, select trays for truck loading, monitor seedling advancement or delay. **Main Activities:** Planning planting and defining production schedule; Supervising soil preparation, fertilization, and correction; Monitoring planting, irrigation, and cultural practices; Monitoring pests, diseases, and phytosanitary management; Harvest management and product quality control; Field team coordination; Input, inventory, and production cost control; Implementation of good agricultural practices and compliance with sanitary regulations; Tracking productivity and yield indicators; Serving customers in nearby cities such as Hortolândia, Sumaré, and Indaiatuba, as well as more distant customers (approximately 300 km away). **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** Minimum Experience Required for This Role: Not required, but preferred if available Previous Employment Stability Period: 1 year, even without experience in this field Preference for candidates who have previously worked in any segment or company? ( ) Yes ( X ) No If yes, specify: N/A **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** Education: Degree in Agronomy Tools / Systems Used: Proprietary system, Excel proficiency. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** Interest in the vegetable industry Strong communication skills for sales, people management, and leadership **Desirable Technical Knowledge:** Soil management and fertility (analysis, correction, and fertilization). Plant nutrition applied to vegetables. Irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler) and water management. Integrated pest, disease, and weed management (IPM). Correct and safe use of agricultural pesticides. Planting planning and crop scheduling. Protected cultivation techniques (greenhouses, tunnels) and open-field cultivation. Seedling production and transplanting. Harvest, post-harvest, and quality control. Interpretation of soil and leaf analyses. Cost management and productivity indicators.
