Evaluate and propose new technologies and innovative solutions **Senior Systems Development Analyst** The Senior Systems Development Analyst will be responsible for evolving and maintaining the company's critical systems, with a focus on **scalability, performance, and technical quality**, directly contributing to digital transformation and continuous process improvement. They will lead initiatives technically, support architectural decisions, and ensure delivery of robust solutions aligned with business needs. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and evolve systems with a focus on **performance, scalability, and security** * Participate in **system architecture definition** and development best practices * Actively engage in **technical refinements** * Ensure code quality through **testing, reviews (code review), and standardization** * Integrate systems and APIs (internal and external) * Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring **high availability** * Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers * Drive continuous improvements in development processes * Evaluate and propose new technologies and innovative solutions * Collaborate with business areas to understand and translate technical requirements **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields * Solid experience in systems development (senior level) * Proficiency in languages and frameworks such as: **Python, TypeScript, React, Django, and Tailwind** * Experience with **PostgreSQL** database (modeling, performance, and optimization) * Experience with **system architecture, REST APIs, and microservices** * Experience with cloud environments (AWS is a plus) * Knowledge of **Docker and containerization** * Experience with code versioning (**Git**) and CI/CD best practices * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and automation (a plus) * Technical English for reading and interpreting documentation * Strong analytical ability and capacity to solve complex problems Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
