The Senior Buyer is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies for critical inputs (plastic resins, additives, masterbatches, solvents, sheets, paints, etc.). Conduct market analyses, price trend assessments, and supplier benchmarking. Pursue cost reductions through negotiation, long-term contracts, and volume consolidation. Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, payment terms, and supply contracts. Assess commercial risks and draft agreements ensuring supply stability. Perform consumption analysis, inventory assessment, average cost calculation, and material turnover analysis. Procure raw materials. Collaborate with Production Control Planning (PCP) to align purchasing plans with production demand. Establish and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as savings, on-time delivery, service level, and inventory levels. Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal standards, audits, ISO 14001, and technical requirements. Manage contracts, amendments, and legal documentation. Adhere to compliance, ethics, and commercial confidentiality procedures. Requirements: * Experience in the industrial sector (preferred); * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields; * Knowledge of Protheus system (preferred); * Must reside in Itupeva/SP or surrounding areas. \*Temporary contract: Replacement during employee leave.
