From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to better communities, societies, and a better world.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform machine setup—with or without diameter changes—and complex adjustments, including: Tooling centering and feed alignment, adjustment of star wheel entry and exit timing, adjustment of press and lathe discharge conveyor—without assistance from technicians or line leaders. * Adjust the line’s reading camera * Work independently, without direct supervision from technicians or line leaders * Replace and adjust all tooling on the printer, enamel coater, and external varnish machine * Monitor equipment oil levels and temperature, advising maintenance and lubrication teams on improvement opportunities * Collaborate with technicians to improve production processes * Track issues across the entire manufacturing process, seeking root-cause resolution * Conduct *try-out* samples jointly with technicians and engineering * Approve the line for continuous production together with the Quality department * Execute all duties inherent to the position, regardless of the production line assigned * Always use PPE when required * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, Occupational Safety, and Environmental standards **What We’re Looking For:** **Required** * Completed High School education **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Itupeva/SP * **Work Model:** On-site * **Schedule:** 4x4 rotating shift – 12-hour shifts **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
