Job Summary: We are seeking an engaged and dynamic professional with solid procurement knowledge to work in the Procurement Department (FOOD and FACILITIES). Key Highlights: 1. Developing improvement projects We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Business Administration to join our Procurement Department (FOOD and FACILITIES segment). If you are an engaged, dynamic professional with strong procurement expertise and agility in proposing solutions, this opportunity may be right for you! **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** * Managing procurement processes — food and facilities. * Preparing reports and acting as an intermediary between requesters and suppliers; * Supporting buyers in departmental routines, including answering phone calls, conducting price research, entering purchase orders, querying the system, preparing guidance spreadsheets for units, etc. * Developing and monitoring supplier performance analysis reports. * Analyzing and researching the market to identify suppliers, products, and services that meet the company’s needs. * Developing improvement projects. **Job Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Experience in high-volume procurement. * Extensive knowledge of supplier development. * Experience in the FOOD and FACILITIES segment is a plus. * Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills. * Easy access to the Swiss Park area in Campinas and willingness to work 100% on-site. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
