Job Summary: ArboREAL is seeking a communicative and organized SDR/Sales Assistant to serve customers and support the sales team, with an interest in design and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service via WhatsApp, Instagram, and in person 2. Identifying customer needs and scheduling appointments with consultants 3. Maintaining CRM and tracking customer interactions ON-SITE POSITION – **SDR / Sales Assistant** ArboREAL, a reference in high-end solid wood furniture, has an open position for a **Sales Assistant (Pre\-Sales / SDR)**. We are looking for someone who is **communicative, organized**, and has an **interest in design and customer service**. **Responsibilities:** * Serve customers via **WhatsApp, Instagram, and in person at the store**; * Determine whether the customer is ready to purchase or requires further information; * Schedule meetings with sales consultants; * Conduct **follow\-up (tracking)** of pending customer interactions; * Keep CRM updated with customer data. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset; * Proficiency with technology and social media; * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is preferred. **Advantages:** * Previous experience with **CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Asana, etc.)**; * Interest in interior decoration, furniture, or design; * Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
