Job Summary: We are seeking a senior Tech Lead – AI & Data Solutions to provide technical leadership for strategic AI and Data projects, with a focus on solution architecture, mentoring, and hands-on execution. Mentoring and technical guidance for junior teams We are looking for a Tech Lead – AI \& Data Solutions professional to support the technical leadership of strategic AI and Data projects. This role is ideal for a senior-level candidate with strong technical decision-making ability, solution architecture expertise, team mentoring experience, and willingness to engage hands-on when required. Key Responsibilities: * Technically lead AI \& Data projects, POCs, POVs, and MVPs * Translate business challenges into scalable and viable solution architectures * Define appropriate Machine Learning, traditional AI, and GenAI approaches for each context * Design solutions in hybrid environments (on\-prem \+ cloud) * Evaluate trade\-offs among performance, cost, governance, and complexity * Serve as a technical reference and mentor junior professionals * Support technical discussions with clients and internal teams Requirements: * Solid experience as a Senior Data Scientist / Tech Lead * Strong applied ML experience: fraud detection, anomaly detection, forecasting, clustering, predictive maintenance, etc. * Real-world experience with hybrid solutions and on\-premises execution * Ability to design solutions considering physical infrastructure (workstations, servers, GPUs) * Pragmatic profile, decision-oriented, and focused on business impact * Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude * Strong hands-on experience with Python * English proficiency Technical Context: * Enterprise projects on Azure, AWS, and Linux * Strong alignment with Dell infrastructure, including Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA * Experience in MLOps: Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes * Experience building chatbots and computer vision applications * Knowledge of data engineering with Databricks, Spark, and related tools * Experience applying cloud technologies to build scalable and cost\-effective solutions * Technology-agnostic mindset when defining the tech stack
