Job Summary: The professional will work with agile methodologies to promote best practices in Quality Engineering throughout the development lifecycle, designing and executing test scenarios and contributing to continuous process improvement. Requirements: **Work Model** **Hybrid (3 days per week on-site) \- Campinas, São Paulo** **Responsibilities and Duties** Work with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), promoting best practices in Quality Engineering throughout the development lifecycle; Design, review, and enhance test scenarios, ensuring efficient coverage through structured techniques; Execute and guide the team in manual functional, exploratory, and automated testing; Test Automation: Web: Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework (Python), TestNG/JUnit; Services/APIs: RestAssured (Java) and Robot Framework (Python); Plan and execute integrated functional tests, ensuring end-to-end quality; Analyze incidents based on logs and monitoring tools, contributing to problem diagnosis and resolution; Perform risk analysis for strategic test prioritization; Define and implement test strategies, appropriately distributing test levels (unit, integration, system, etc.); Collect and analyze quality, business, and incident metrics to support decision-making; Review prototypes, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria, proposing continuous improvements; Quality and Engineering: Contribute to the evolution of the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as Maven and Gradle; Disseminate agile QA culture across teams; Understand application architecture and integrations for better test planning; Participate in the evolution of processes, standards, and templates defined by the Quality Chapter; Review unit tests and support code reviews with a focus on quality; Create test doubles/mocks according to defined frameworks; **Data and Integrations:** Develop scripts and frameworks for test data generation; Work with databases (MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ); Collaboration and Communication: Report test status, risks, critical bugs, and blockers; Present deliverables to stakeholders and collect feedback; Support the development of new team members, acting as a technical reference; **Tools:** Experience with Jira, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence; Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation in quality processes.
