Manages end-to-end product lifecycle, including credit, checking accounts, investments, payment methods, and channels. By combining technology, data, and business vision, it delivers complete, simple, and secure customer journeys. This is where the present consolidates and our customers’ financial future takes shape. #### **Your Challenges to Grow on This Journey** * Develop the PIX and OpenFinance product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and strategic objectives; * Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Product, Compliance, Regulatory, Risk, Marketing, CRM, Technology, and Fraud teams to define the product strategy; * Conduct market research, benchmarking, customer surveys, and Product Discovery sessions to identify opportunities for new businesses, trends, and competitive differentiators for products; * Evaluate and guide product development based on emerging trends, innovative technologies, and competitive advantages that differentiate us in the market; * Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify product opportunities—such as improving user experience, reducing costs, and increasing revenue; * Monitor the success of product and feature implementations; * Lead executive-level forums to drive decision-making in product management. **What You Need to Become an Agilizado?** --------------------------------------------------- **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, etc.; * Prior experience in PIX and OpenFinance, with a focus on innovation and strategy; * Prior experience collaborating with BACEN regulators regarding PIX and OpenFinance; * Experience in Innovation, Product & Business Management and Development; * Experience leading Discovery for new products and features; * Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders; * Proficiency in Analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Product Management, Innovation, and Corporate Strategy; * Specializations in Innovation, Product Management and Development. #### **Benefits and Perks** * Health and Well-being: health insurance, dental plan, free telepsychology and telemedicine services, Totalpass, meal and food vouchers, life insurance / funeral assistance; * Parental Benefits: childcare allowance, 6-month maternity leave, 20-day paternity leave, meal and food vouchers during leave; * Private pension plan; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR), following annual rules; * Transportation voucher; * Round-trip shuttle service to Campinas and surrounding areas (up to 50 km radius).
