Requirements: We are seeking a Data Scientist with a strong mathematical and statistical foundation, specialized in machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics algorithms. The role will focus on large-scale data projects, covering everything from data collection and preparation to modeling and algorithm evaluation. The professional must possess both technical expertise and analytical vision to transform raw data into meaningful insights and high-performance models. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Collect, clean, enrich, and structure data to enable statistical analyses and modeling. * Conduct exploratory analyses based on statistical inference to support the development of predictive models. * Develop machine learning and deep learning models focused on prediction, segmentation, and anomaly detection. * Apply case studies with descriptive analysis to extract business insights. * Work in on-premises or cloud environments with autonomy and sound data governance practices. * Validate, document, and present results clearly and understandably to various stakeholders. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and inference. * Proficiency in machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including neural networks. * Strong skills in Python, R, SPSS, and/or SAS. * Knowledge of data preparation, including cleaning, sampling, and enrichment. * Experience with on-premises and cloud platforms. * Solid foundation in applied mathematics and statistics. **Desirable:** * Experience handling large volumes of data and operating in regulated corporate environments. * Ability to communicate analytical insights effectively and collaborate with business areas. * Familiarity with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
