Responsibilities and Duties: **Job Mission** Monitor and execute the company’s accounting processes in **SAP**, ensuring accurate classification and recording of information, compliance with current accounting standards, adherence to closing deadlines, and support for audits and internal departmental requirements. **Main Responsibilities** \* Monitor and execute monthly accounting closing activities, including balance sheet analysis and cost center reviews; \* Support preparation of the balance sheet, income statement (DRE), and other financial statements in accordance with IFRS/CPC standards; \* Support preparation, review, and submission of ancillary tax obligations such as ECD and ECF; \* Monitor calculation of IRPJ and CSLL taxes, as well as deferred tax controls, under supervision; \* Apply and monitor correct use of IFRS/CPC standards in accounting records and trial balances; \* Monitor the closing schedule and support consolidation of accounting data in **SAP;** \* Analyze accounting variances across periods, cost centers, and business units, flagging inconsistencies; \* Maintain up-to-date fixed asset register; \* Control and monitor CAPEX-related entries (timesheet), ensuring data consistency; \* Support external audit activities by organizing documents and providing clarifications; \* Provide technical support to internal departments, delivering accounting information aligned with applicable standards and procedures. Requirements and Qualifications: **Requirements** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. **Technical Knowledge** \* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel; \* Experience with Real Profit and Presumed Profit tax regimes; \* Experience supporting external audit engagements; \* Knowledge of financial statements and support in preparing explanatory notes; \* Desired: experience or participation in SAP implementation or operational projects.
