We are responsible for defining and strategically managing pricing and financial conditions for the bank’s products, balancing profitability, competitiveness, and risk. We work with data, modeling, and market intelligence to support commercial decisions and drive sustainable results across multiple business lines. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Location: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day be like?** As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work within the Growth and Cash Pricing Management team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Monitoring departmental performance, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and preparation of management reports; * Consolidating budgetary information to ensure accuracy and support decision-making; * Conducting financial analyses, including income statements (DRE), identifying optimization opportunities; * Generating strategic insights and analyses to support area decisions and planning; * Developing reports and analyses for the Products area, aiming at optimization and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree completed in quantitative fields, technology, or related areas; * Knowledge of SQL and SAS; * Experience with Data Visualization tools for dashboard and report development; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for complex analyses; It will be a plus if you have: * Experience with financial products (corporate checks, guaranteed accounts, invoice discounting).
