Job Summary:
Assist the driver in collecting, loading, unloading, and transporting healthcare service waste, ensuring biosafety and environmental compliance.

* Assist the driver in collecting, loading, unloading, and transporting healthcare service waste (RSS) and waste from veterinary clinics.
* Handle waste containers and packaging in accordance with biosafety procedures and environmental regulations.
* Verify collected volumes, waste identification, and documentation prior to loading.
* Ensure proper waste containment in the vehicle to prevent leaks, ruptures, or contamination during transport.
* Correctly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the task, safeguarding both personal and team safety.
* Assist in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the cargo compartment, equipment, and materials used in operations.
* Support the driver during maneuvers by signaling and guiding as needed to ensure operational safety.
* Strictly comply with company-established operational procedures, biosafety standards, occupational health requirements, and environmental regulations.
* Immediately identify and report any irregularities, damage, leaks, or hazardous situations occurring during collection or transport.
* Provide courteous and professional customer service during collections, representing the company ethically and respectfully.
* Assist in completing and verifying operational records, checklists, and collection-related documents.
* Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of containers, drums, carts, and other equipment used in activities.
* Support the safe segregation and handling of waste, respecting its classification and specific handling procedures.
* Adhere to collection routes and schedules, contributing to operational efficiency and punctuality.
* Participate in training programs and capacity-building initiatives on biosafety, healthcare service waste collection, occupational safety, and emergency procedures, staying updated on applicable regulations.
Compensation: R$1\.785,54 per month
