Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and verifying equipment, monitoring operations, releasing trips, and providing operational support and driver training, ensuring safety and continuous tracking. Equipment and Cargo Preparation and Verification Check tracker status, battery charge level, and equipment functionality. Organize and assemble Last Mile and VDC bait devices for loading. Perform redelivery checklist and verify inventory of equipment and bait devices. Identify bait devices to be retrieved by VDCs and Last Mile teams. Recover returned trackers and verify their status for reuse. 2\. Monitoring and Control of Operations Monitor operational bait devices, ensuring continuous tracking and collection of loaded trackers upon return. Regularly check functionality of all P.A. equipment, identifying missing units and issues. Verify that vehicle signal is correctly mirrored to Multisat and updated in Apisullog. Alert drivers to recharge bait devices when necessary. Track bait device maintenance services and ensure readiness for new shipments. 3\. Trip Release Procedures Perform required checks before releasing loading, including: Driver and vehicle queries in Multicadastro and Apisullog 2\.0\. Completion of tests and correct field entries in the system. Release the trip only after confirmation of status “In Transit” in SMP; if status does not change within 10 minutes, contact the Monitoring Center. 4\. Documentation and Reporting Fill out, sign, and stamp the back side of the internal circuit checklist. Record all procedures in the system, ensuring complete and accurate documentation. Immediately report any identified issues to maintenance before performing mirroring. 5\. Additional Procedures and Communication For loads released by Management, send emails to all involved parties per specified guidelines. Reinforce all GR rules with drivers that must be followed during transit. Submit records and reports as requested by the client. 6\. Operational Support and Training Conduct physical and systemic checklists on vehicles used in LAST MILE, REDISPATCH, VDC, and TPE operations. Train drivers on keyboard/macro usage and other tracking technologies. Conduct briefings with drivers prior to trip release, reinforcing safety procedures. Support BAT LATAM SOUTH security team in incident situations. 7\. Logistics and Equipment Return Organize return of bait devices from PSC operations to the Uberlândia center. Regularly update vehicle license plate and regional driver information. Perform occasional monitoring of the CCTV system to support security.
