Job Summary: Responsible for technical support and maintenance of ATMs, providing support for banking equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Perform performance and functionality tests on equipment In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to ATMs in the banking network, delivering support and maintenance for the equipment. This is a temporary position, expected to last 6 months, subject to change. The employment contract is indefinite-term (CLT), considering that the project duration may vary. **Responsibilities:** * Install, maintain, and repair hardware in electronic devices; * Refill ink in machines (ATM); * Replace defective components and perform hardware upgrades as needed; * Perform performance and functionality tests on equipment to ensure operational readiness. * Adhere to scheduled ATM service plans and routine maintenance activities. Requirements: * Knowledge of hardware; * Field service experience; * Driver's license category B or AB (mandatory); * Availability for travel and on-site service within the region; * Familiarity with Windows operating systems, etc.; * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and hardware schematics. **Additional Information:** * Compensation: R$ 2\.700,00 (CLT) \+ Meal Voucher, medical and dental assistance; * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00; * Location: Sorocaba and surrounding areas; * Company-provided vehicle; driver's license category B required; * Availability to work on weekends (rotating shift schedule); * Availability for field work, fulfilling scheduled service visits to multiple clients in the region.
