You will be part of a business built for the future by joining us on a transformative journey. **What You Will Do** ------------------- You will work directly on developing innovative solutions for the industry—including manufactured, machined, and specially developed products—developing prioritization skills, analytical ability, and decision-making capability, while requiring strong organization and communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design industrial products using 2D and 3D software; * Submit technical drawings to customers; * Code products for enhanced order control and tracking; * Monitor productivity indicators of the Supervision team; * Oversee manufacturing in production; * Support tooling contract management. **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- * Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical / Production / Materials / Chemical Engineering or related fields * Knowledge of technical drawing: AutoCAD and SolidWorks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate is desirable * Analytical and communicative profile * Easy access to Hydro’s Itu\-SP plant for on-site work Hydro values diverse skills and perspectives among its employees.
