Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for recruitment and selection, candidate profile alignment, candidate evaluation, support of HR administrative routines, and people management. Contribute to improvements in HR processes Main Responsibilities: * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from screening to hiring; * Align candidate profiles with managers and ensure hiring accuracy; * Evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies; * Support HR administrative routines (e.g., onboarding, documentation); * Act as a people management partner to leadership on related topics; * Contribute to improvements in HR processes. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology; * Experience in recruitment and selection (high-volume or strategic positions); * Knowledge of behavioral profile analysis; * Experience in HR administrative routines; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset.
