Employee support and maintenance of employee records **Job Title:** Payroll Analyst **Location:** City – Santa Bárbara d'Oeste/SP **Employment Type:** CLT (Full-time) **About the Position:** We are seeking an organized and analytically minded HR and Payroll Analyst to join our HR team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring labor compliance and excellence in administrative processes for our employees, as well as handling R\&S and PPE distribution. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Payroll processing, social charges (FGTS, INSS, IRRF), and taxes; * Benefits management (Health Plan – Dental Plan – Transportation Allowance R$ 180.00 – Life Insurance and Mobile Help); * Electronic time tracking and vacation control; * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews; * Maintenance of employee records in the system and eSocial; * Employee support to clarify inquiries. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or HR Management; * Solid experience in payroll routines; * Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience with payroll systems (DomÍnio or Totvs); * Preferred: Knowledge of eSocial.
