Mediation of relationships and alignment of internal processes A hospital and healthcare management company is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Piracicaba. **Responsibilities:** Manage the onboarding process, from document collection to employee integration. Handle offboarding procedures, verifying and executing necessary calculations and documentation. Manage employee timekeeping, ensuring accurate record handling, adjustments, and compliance with labor legislation. Collaborate with headquarters on payroll closing and verification. Provide direct support to employees, clarifying questions regarding compensation, benefits, working hours, and other labor-related matters. Mediate relationships between units and headquarters, ensuring process alignment and efficient communication. Disseminate internal announcements, ensuring institutional and operational information reaches all employees. Conduct recruitment and selection processes, as well as employee experience evaluations. Develop, deliver, and monitor team training sessions, as well as internal marketing campaigns. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role.
