Job Summary: Work as a Generalist HR Analyst, responsible for recruitment, selection, training, HR administration (DP), and workplace climate initiatives in Piracicaba. Key Highlights: 1. Handle routine tasks for the Human Resources Department (HR) and eSocial A company in the **distribution** sector is seeking a professional to work as a **Generalist HR Analyst in Piracicaba–SP**. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes; * Supporting leaders in defining job profiles and hiring decisions; * Onboarding new employees; * Organizing training programs and development initiatives; * Performing HR administration (timekeeping, benefits, payroll support); * Assisting with employee onboarding, offboarding, and eSocial compliance; * Developing workplace climate, engagement, and culture initiatives; * Monitoring HR metrics and generating reports. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience as a Generalist HR professional (Recruitment & Selection + HR Administration); * Knowledge of labor legislation and eSocial; * Strong communication skills, organized approach, and solid people management abilities; * Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience with HR information systems.
