Job Summary: A professional to plan, organize, and control Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks, managing financial resources and optimizing the company's cash flow. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and control Accounts Payable activities and cash flow forecasts. 2. Perform daily cash, bank, and banking investment reconciliations. 3. Monitor delinquency and negotiate proposals with customers. JOB OBJECTIVE Plan, organize, control, implement, and execute routine Accounts Payable and Receivable control tasks, aiming to ensure timely payment and collection of receivables and other commitments, and to monitor optimal utilization of the company's financial resources. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Analyze documents and control Accounts Payable activities, as well as enter cash flow forecasts into the system; · Reconcile cash, banks, and banking investments daily against daily bank balance records; · Enter Accounts Payable documents into banks daily; · Generate daily cash, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable reports; · Process Accounts Receivable write-offs; · Issue customer and supplier collections; · Monitor delinquency daily by tracking completed negotiations and initiating contact for new negotiation proposals; · Control and verify employee expense reports according to company instructions and regulations; · Generate daily cash, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable reports; · Organize archives of financial, accounting, and administrative documents; · Perform other related duties; · Conduct analyses within the area and make decisions impacting their own activities, under occasional coordination. **Location: Areião Neighborhood** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (1-hour lunch break)** **Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws)** **Remuneration: 2500.00** * Meal Allowance (Ifood Benefits): BRL 33.13 per workday * Transportation Allowance (6% deduction) * Health Card (20% deduction) * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing (PS) (Collective agreement based on annual target achievement) * **Start Date: Immediate** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 2,499.00 – BRL 2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Extensive experience in bank reconciliation Work Location: On-site
