Real estate agency seeks a Collector professional in Piracicaba. **Responsibilities:** Conduct client collections for the real estate agency via telephone and other channels. Monitor due dates, payment agreements, and follow-ups on negotiations. Guide clients on contractual clauses and financial responsibilities. Explain consequences of late payments and monitor debt regularization. Update collection records and tracking systems. Previous experience as a Collection Agent, Collection Assistant, Receivables Analyst, or Collection Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties of this position.
