Support in reducing delinquency COLLECTIONS ANALYST We are looking for a Collections Analyst to join our team and strategically manage credit recovery, client negotiations, and delinquency control. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct active and passive collections Negotiate debts and propose agreements Monitor the portfolio of delinquent accounts Update internal systems and controls Support delinquency reduction and improvement of financial indicators **Requirements:** Prior experience in collections or finance Strong communication and negotiation skills Organizational skills and results orientation Proficiency in Excel and collections systems is a plus Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
