Join us and contribute to the unique experience we offer our customers, keeping our products always fresh and of high quality. **Requirements**: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Prior work experience in the field Knowledge of standardized preparation procedures and good hygiene practices. **Desirable**: Team leadership, agility, and focus on results; Basic inventory control knowledge; Experience in high-volume kitchens and quick-service food operations. **Responsibilities**: Supervise and organize kitchen activities; Ensure process and recipe standardization according to brand standards; Monitor production of desserts, specialty sweets, custom orders, and other ingredients used in the frozen dessert display; Control production timing and quality, ensuring efficiency and achievement of targets; Manage raw material inventory and request replenishments when necessary; Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and good manufacturing practices; Train and guide new kitchen staff; Support waste control and proper use of supplies; Complete production and quality reports, when required; Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of the area. **Benefits**: Meal voucher; Food allowance (linked to attendance); Transportation voucher, if needed; Opportunity for growth; Day Off; Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: Starting from R$2.021,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
