Join us on this journey. **\#JoinSynvia** **Responsibilities and duties** **We count on you to:** * Extract, organize, and update contact databases daily, ensuring data quality and appropriate segmentation; * Execute strategic WhatsApp message broadcasts using dedicated tools; * Monitor and analyze broadcast performance (e.g., open rates, response rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics), proposing continuous improvements; * Track and maintain up-to-date performance reports, consolidating key results; * Monitor and manage the monthly budget allocated to broadcasting campaigns, ensuring efficient resource utilization; * Ensure database and communication compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), adhering to legal and internal guidelines. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we seek:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service; * Agility and adaptability in dynamic environments; * Strong communication and persuasion skills to overcome objections. **Additional information** **Work location:** * Paulínia/SP. **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Benefits we offer:** * Transportation allowance; * Parking (subject to availability); * Health insurance plan with no monthly cost to the employee, including co-payment for exams and consultations; * Dental insurance plan with co-payment for monthly fees; * Life insurance at no cost to the employee; * Flexible meal/food allowance; * SESC partnership; * Physical wellness program — TotalPass; * Day Off — Healthcare professionals; * Childcare allowance (per internal policy).
