Focus on safety, quality, and workplace organization **JOB OPENING: PRODUCTION OPERATOR** **ACS Científica Química Fina Especializada LTDA**, a chemical industry company located in **Sumaré/SP**, has an open position for a **Production Operator**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in the production process, handling and fractionation of chemical products; * Operate machines and equipment according to internal procedures; * Perform weighing, filling, labeling, and organization of materials; * Strictly comply with safety, quality standards, and PPE usage requirements; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Support production departments as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in production; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment; * Availability to work in a production/chemical environment. **Salary and Benefits:** * **Employment Type:** CLT (permanent position) * **Salary:** R$ 2.354,98 + 30% hazardous duty allowance * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 300.00 * **Food Voucher:** R$ 300.00 * **Transportation Voucher:** 6% legal deduction **or** Fuel Allowance (amount to be calculated) * **Profit Sharing (PLR)** * **Day Off** * **Pharmacy Benefit Plan** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Open to residents of: Sumaré, Hortolândia, or Nova Odessa Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.186,28 – R$2.354,98 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Fuel allowance * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
