Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, analyzing, and controlling the quality of paints and enamels, managing inventory, and training laboratory teams. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and adjust paint and enamel color tones 2. Conduct quality analyses and viscosity control 3. Guide and train Production Assistants and Operators The company is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Salto. **Responsibilities:** Develop and adjust paint color tones according to customer specifications. Prepare paints and conduct quality analyses. Produce and inspect the first batch of paint. Control paint viscosity. Prepare and inspect vitrifiable enamels. Segregate approved and non-approved materials and release production. Record inventory movements in the inventory control system. Inspect, identify, and archive photoliths. Restock and organize material inventory. Execute reuse procedures in accordance with quality standards. Maintain an organized laboratory with proper identification. Guide and train Production Assistants and departmental Operators. Previous experience as a Laboratory Assistant, Clinical Analyst Technician, Chemistry Technician, or Biotechnology Technician may indicate suitability for some activities of this position.
