**Responsibilities and Duties** **:**
* Conduct clinical study operations, strictly adhering to established protocols;
* Provide care to research participants, ensuring welcoming support, guidance, and assistance throughout all study phases;
* Operate equipment for objective measurements, image capture, and subjective assessments, ensuring standardization and data quality;
* Prepare, record, and maintain up\-to\-date clinical study documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards;
* Administer products to participants as specified by each protocol;
* Support operational and administrative routines essential for the smooth conduct of clinical research;
* Perform other study\-related activities as directed by area coordination.
**Expected Experience:**
* Prior experience in clinical research, clinical trials, or related activities;
* Experience interacting with participants/patients, with emphasis on ethics, empathy, and clear communication;
* Experience in data collection, measurements, clinical assessments, or technical recordkeeping;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to information quality;
* Ability to follow standardized procedures and comply with regulations and protocols;
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
**To work as a Junior Technician at ALS, we expect you to meet the following basic requirements:**
* Completed high school or ongoing/completed higher education in Biological or related fields, such as: Biology, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry Technician, Biotechnology, Aesthetics, or related disciplines;
* Dynamic profile with willingness for continuous learning;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
* Logical reasoning for data interpretation and procedure execution;
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with clarity and responsibility in information recording.
**Tools and Technical Knowledge:**
* Use of data registration and technical documentation systems;
* Support in operating measurement and data collection equipment (internal training provided);
* Organization and completion of clinical study forms, reports, and records.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in clinical studies within cosmetic, dermatological, or pharmaceutical areas;
* Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP);
* Familiarity with measurement equipment and clinical research routines.
