




Job Summary: At Instituto Hardware BR, you will engage in impactful R&D hardware projects, from schematic design to prototype validation, focusing on reliability and engineering best practices. You will be involved in the entire hardware development lifecycle—from schematic design to prototype validation—always emphasizing reliability, efficiency, and sound engineering practices. * Design analog and digital circuits for signal acquisition, sensors, and power * Develop electrical schematics in CAD and validate them via simulation (SPICE/LTspice) * Create PCB layouts considering signal integrity and thermal management * Support sensor integration, data acquisition, and communication (Ethernet, USB, CAN) * Participate in prototyping, functional testing, and EMC/EMI testing * Collaborate with suppliers during prototype manufacturing and assembly * Integrate hardware with embedded software and mechanical structures Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience as a Senior Hardware Analyst/Engineer * Experience developing analog and digital circuits * Proficiency with design tools (Altium, KiCad, Cadence, or similar) * Experience with circuit simulation (SPICE, LTspice, or equivalent) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical procedures * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines * Availability for 100% on-site work in the lab and technical travel **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with medical standards (e.g., IEC 60601\) and safety circuits * Experience with EMC/EMI and high-reliability routing best practices * Prior involvement in R\&D projects in healthcare or medical devices
