We seek committed, agile, and eager-to-learn individuals who enjoy teamwork and have an interest in Japanese cuisine. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing Japanese cuisine dishes; Organize and sanitize food items, utensils, and work areas; Support the sushi chef and kitchen team; Cutting and preparation of ingredients; Plating dishes according to house standards; Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
