Job Summary: Responsible for food pre-preparation, organization, production, and kitchen hygiene, working under the chef's supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in pre-preparation, organization, and food production 2. Responsibility for food preparation and plating 3. Focus on environmental and food hygiene in the kitchen SCHEDULE: Day shift: 08:00 to 16:20, 44 hours per week, rotating 6 days on / 1 day off Responsibilities: The kitchen assistant is fully supervised by the head chef and sous chef, responsible for pre-preparation, organization, and food production across all kitchen departments; also responsible for food preparation and plating, as well as comprehensive kitchen cleaning and finalization—including environmental hygiene (i.e., cleaning and disinfection of the premises) and food hygiene (i.e., storage and labeling of processed and handled products), equipment washing, etc. Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
