After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide technical support for quality tools, conducting training on quality management tools and competencies, and offering technical support (non-conforming product management) to ensure quality in processes and products. * Manage quality control indicators, addressing non-conformities identified by these indicators, and analyzing indicators weekly (Customer Service Center, CRM, PTP, Blocks, RDC).
