Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Logistics Analyst to work in the outbound operation, ensuring efficiency, organization, and performance in deliveries and logistics flow. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and schedule daily deliveries, optimizing routes and deadlines. 2. Monitor operational deviations and ensure resolution. 3. Monitor and update operation statuses in internal systems. We are seeking a **Junior Logistics Analyst** to work in the outbound operation, ensuring efficiency, organization, and performance in deliveries and logistics flow. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule daily deliveries, ensuring route and deadline optimization * Assess demand priorities and criticality according to leadership and customer guidance * Monitor and address operational deviations, ensuring appropriate action and resolution * Monitor and update operation statuses in internal systems * Analyze and enforce service-level agreements with carriers * Track performance indicators and flag risks of missing targets * Collaborate directly with carriers and operational teams to align activities * Perform rescheduling based on impacts identified during monitoring * Manage fleet availability and support logistics operation management **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or nearing completion * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics (or 6 months as a Senior Assistant) * Intermediate Excel proficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Power BI, ERP, and logistics management tools * Experience in planning and monitoring logistics operations * Yellow Belt certification **Behavioral Profile:** * Proactivity and ownership mindset * Organization and discipline * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Resilience and results orientation * Analytical mindset and performance focus Compensation: starting from R$1,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you have experience in monitoring/logistics? * Do you have knowledge of Excel and ERP/TMS systems? * Have you worked with alerts, tracking, or operational issue resolution?
